Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and shipping summary. We kindly ask that you verify your delivery address at checkout, as we are unable to amend or redirect shipments once they have departed our atelier.
In-stock pieces are processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 business days. Once your package is prepared, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be provided.
Custom and made-to-order creations are individually hand-crafted in our atelier and require 4 to 6 weeks prior to dispatch, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.
If you require an urgent order or have a specific delivery date in mind, please contact us directly at info@anjusfinejewellery.com before placing your order, and our team will do their utmost to accommodate your request.
To ensure the safety of your fine jewellery, all shipments are fully insured in transit and require an adult signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We hope you treasure your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an eligible in-stock piece, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization.
Condition & Certificates. Returned items must be unworn, in pristine condition, and accompanied by all original packaging. If your piece was accompanied by any gemstone or diamond certificates, these must be returned with the jewellery. Missing certificates will incur a replacement fee.
Restocking Fee. All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee (or deduction of original insured outbound shipping and processing costs) to cover vault inspection and re-inventorying.
Bespoke & Custom Items. Due to their personalized nature, bespoke creations, custom-engraved pieces, and altered items are final sale and non-refundable.
