Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items purchased as "Ready to Ship '' on anjusfinjewellery.com, and shipped to a UAE address, may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with tags and labels  and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not refund on "change of mind" purchases. Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved. 

To start a return, please contact our customer service on info@anjusfinejewellery.com. within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

All Domestic items that are approved for a refund will be charged a 5% restocking fee of the original amount paid.

All International items that are approved for a refund will be charged a 7% restocking fee of  the original amount paid.

Any item purchased at a SALE or discounted price is a final sale and can not be returned.

Personalised, embossed or engraved , special order, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, items may be exchanged at Anjus’s discretion.

Any product purchased through a different platform or retailer, must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please check individual return policies and processes.

All shipping costs for exchanges is the customer’s responsible
